You've successfully defined your scenarios and fields in your scope—great work! Now, it's important to clearly confirm and submit your scope so that development can start.
Confirming Your Scope
When you've finalized your scope, you'll need to clearly confirm this by checking the following box:
“By checking this checkbox, I confirm that the information provided above is final for this version.”
This confirmation signals clearly to our development team that you're ready for us to start building your interface based exactly on the scope you've provided.
After confirmation, you'll click on “Submit for Review.” You'll be asked one more time to confirm, just to be certain everything is correct. Once you confirm, your interface scope is officially submitted and marked as “under review.”
What Does “Under Review” Mean?
Once submitted, your scope will be reviewed by our BrynQ team. This review ensures:
- The scope is complete and clear.
- All scenarios and fields are properly defined.
- The provided information is ready for development.
As a customer, you won't directly approve or decline the scope yourself. This is done by the BrynQ team. However, it's important for you to know that we may approve the scope and start development immediately. If something needs more clarity or adjustments, we may decline and reach out to you to clarify before development begins.
Can You Still Change Your Scope Later?
Yes, you can still adjust your scope after submission—but keep in mind, changes after confirmation create extra work, potentially impacting timelines and costs. It's always best to ensure your scope is as complete and accurate as possible when you submit.
