Welcome back! An interface is simply the bridge connecting your HR system with your payroll, time attendance, recruitment or other kind of system. Think of it as a carefully organized delivery service that sends data from Point A (HR system) to Point B (payroll system).

Why is it important?

An interface determines exactly which data fields go across and how they're transformed or combined if needed. Setting it up correctly ensures smooth and error-free payroll processing.

“In short: Interface = What data moves + How data moves between systems.”
